Includes footage of cotton, potatoes and cattle, crop dusting, oil industry, recreation, Bakersfield, as well as vineyards and other agriculture. There is also footage of the Kern River, and the Kern Canal and Bryant Dam, as well as the California Water Plan / Kern River Project and Isabelle Dam.
