The King’s library is shown at 3:32, showcasing Frederick II’s music stand, his favorite flute and in the armchair where he passed. At 4:50, the scene is at a railway station. The scene portrays special printing machines (5:49). The central railway station (6:30). At (6:50) we learn about an express train, that is luxurious symbol of transportation during the 1940s. The historical significance of these railways is illustrated, capturing the essence of travel during this time.

At 9:29, the focus shifts to preservation landmarks like the Porta Nigra in Trier, a testament to the Roman Empire’s legacy in Germany. The Roman hot springs’ bathhouse walls stand as reminders of an advanced civilization that once thrived in the region (9:44). The scene then takes viewers on a mesmerizing journey to the Roman Amphitheatre, which once hosted 30,000 people (9:57). The viewers are also shown the mosaic floors, which have retained their colors for 2000 years (10:18).
