The film consists of a series of interviews conducted with different people weighing in on women’s participation in the labor force. It includes interviews with experts such as a university professor, a labor market analyst, and an employee of Pennsylvania’s State Employment Service. It also includes interviews with regular people such as two working woman, a homemaker, and reverend. The film is interjected with footage of women working in different roles.
