“Girl to WOMAN, revised” (1975) is an education film detailing the changes young women and their bodies go through during puberty. A Churchill Film, this color film features both live footage and scientific illustrations to demonstrate the various phenomena and changes discussed throughout the 17-minute film. In making the film, the producers consulted medical professionals in the Los Angeles area including Elsie A. Giorgi M.D. Associate Clinical Professor of Medicine, UCLA and Irving N. Klitsner, M.D. Associate Clinical Professor, Pediatrics, USC Medical School Teenage Department.
