representative from election to duties. Otis Bowen was

Governor when filmed. A new state representative goes to

Indianapolis to fulfill his duties. He gets advice from veteran

congressmen and meets with his constituents, including a

farmer. He explains state government to his wife and kids. He

goes to committee meetings and presents his bill on air

pollution to a joint house session. Another representative tries to

talk him out of his bill. Another committee talks about lowering

the voting age. The new representative has to listen to his heart

in order to do the right thing about his air pollu
