Dating to the 1960s or early 1970s, this silent film footage shows surfers at what is believed to be Redondo Beach, California. At 5:30 a pier is visible which we believe is the Redondo Pier. At 6:50 a wonderful dune buggy, possibly derived from a VW Bug, is shown riding across the beach.
