This black and white documentary assembles photos and newsreel footage of Eleanor Roosevelt, exploring her changing roles as political advisor, First Lady, and international woman of influence. Anna Eleanor Roosevelt (October 11, 1884 – November 7, 1962) served as the First Lady of the United States from March 4, 1933, to April 12, 1945, during her husband President Franklin D. Roosevelt’s four terms in office, making her the longest-serving First Lady.
