In this episode of children’s program “Discovery ’67” hosts Bill Owen and Virginia Gibson teach us about the Constitutional Convention, which took place at Independence Hall in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania from May 25 to September 17, 1787. It is a Jules Power production in association with ABC News and Public Affairs.
