“Police Power” is the second half of a two part episode of the National Educational Television’s (NET) series “At Issue.” NET was the precursor to the Public Broadcasting Service (PBS). This episode features a lively debate between law professors and law enforcement officers on citizens’ rights against random search and seizure as well as their Miranda rights which respectively come from the Fourth and Fifth Amendment of the United States Constitution.
