This color educational film is two short films produced by the Government of Israel. The first is about a traffic cop in Tel Aviv and the second is about the men who build roads in the blazing heat. This is from 1961.

The police officer leaves the building, gets on a motorcycle and drives off. The motorcycle goes down the road. A traffic officer directs traffic (:32-3:39).
