Colorful flags, floats, painted people, clowns, dancers, and drummers pass the camera (:50-2:14). Villagers come to pray and swing incense at Santo Tomas Church and bring their items, including blankets, wood, and produce, to sell at the market in Chichicastenango, Guatemala (2:50-4:40). Moorish architecture can be seen on the Sagrada Familia Church, Uruguay. Shown are altars made of gold (4:41-4:56). Church spires and a statue of Jesus are shown. A modern building has raised carved images on it (4:57-5:15). Strange-looking figures decorate clay bowls and objects (5:16-5:56). A mariachi band serenades a couple at a restaurant (5:57-6:35). Shown up close are two red parrots and orchids (7:08-7:35). Copan, Honduras, is an ancient Maya city. Shown are the ruins, including the Temple of the Hieroglyphic Stairway, and elaborately carved stones (7:42-8:34). In El Salvador, a weaver quickly works the loom (8:35-9:00). Doll makers in Ilobasco make miniature clay figures (9:01-9:53). A man colorfully paints an oxcart in Sarchi, Costa Rica. A young woman’s equally colorful sequined top is shown (9:54-10:28). Folk dancers perform in elaborate lace, silver, and gold costumes in Panama (10:29-11:02). Colorful umbrellas surround a swimming pool of sunbathers. Shown is a montage of 1960s bikinis, swimmers, sunglasses, and colorful drinks (11:03-12:16). People walk along a white sand beach and play in the surf in 1960s bathing suits (12:17-13:10). A young woman on the beach picks up a long strand of red seaweed (13:11). Sailboats dot the water (13:21-13:36). A man playing a guitar sings at Islandia, a small island off Panama. A couple walks along its secluded beach. A closeup of a beach fire opens to a blonde in a bikini and local dancers. The couple snorkels over coral and fish (13:37-16:26). People on horses ride up the hills of El Salvador, covered in mist, and emerage at a smoldering volcano (16:28-17:16). A couple waterskies next to each other. The man performs various tricks (17:17-18:27). Deep sea fishing in action is shown, with close-ups of the reels, people, and fish fighting back in the water (18:28-19:40). A singer and his band perform at a restaurant. A couple eat at a candle-lit table overlooking the night lights of the city. The waiter pours champagne into their glasses. Other diners at their candle-lit tables are shown (19:42-21:40). At a Latin club, the music accompanies a Flamenco dance performed by a woman in red (21:41-22:35). Neon lights of the cities include several for Discos (22:40-23:25). Gambling includes a spinning Roulette wheel, Craps table, and Blackjack (23:27-23:45). People energetically dance in a club while a montage of scenes are interspersed (23:46-25:17).
