At mark 12:20 is the rainy season, but after the rain is gone, the sun came along; this helped to speed up the construction process. First, a cement block or two and in a few days, it grows into a wall. At mark 13:33, the elder is seen inspecting the building. At mark 14:10, tanks are joined together. At mark 14:50, the antenna tower is been coupled. The majority of the Yapese profess Christianity; 90% of the roman camps as seen at mark 15:35. The next day, the erection of the tower began as seen at mark 16:10 as the coupling began with section by section. They joined the sections together at mark 16:55 as they strife to beat the deadline of the opening of the station and also to beat rain. Now the tower is ready for guides with 1000ft remaining as seen at mark 17:50. The cable is now drawn to the sides of the tower helping to hold the structure at great height as seen at mark 19:10. Some weeks after his visit, the elder came by again at mark 19:20. He was now ready to satisfy his curiosity and was amazed by what he saw. Building and generators were now been set in place. Concrete beams, installation of windows and painting were now been done. A mark 21:50, the generators are started up and loads were been placed on it. In the days that followed with the rain coming to close, only a few sections remain to be added to the structure at mark 22:50. At mark 23:07 is the tower platform. At mark 23:48, the elder came to the site with wonders filling his thoughts; the unbelievable has actually taken place. By now, the signal power has been completed; all that remain is the commission by the US coast guard. At mark 24:20 is the commissioning crew. The commander of the Coast Guard district is seen delivering the principal address officially placing the station into surface. At mark 25:05, the natives are seen dancing. A tower constructed high to the sky at mark 25:55. More than the bridge built, more than the new road that opens the building of roads, even more than money given to the natives.
