76344 WYOMING & GRAND TETON NATIONAL PARK 1960s TRAVELOGUE

This 1965 travelogue celebrates the state of Wyoming and the national parks in the vicinity. It shows Grand Teton National Park as well as an Indian Camp (at 2:16) where Native Americans role play for white tourists. The Cheyenne Frontier Days are shown at 2:30, with its parade, re-enactments and more. The tourist industry in Jackson Hole near Yellowstone is seen at 3:45. The Chapel of the Transfiguration is seen at the 5 minute mark. Footage of Yellowstone begins at the 6 minute mark and features the waterfalls, geysers, and rock formations of that beloved park.
