This silent German educational film shows life in a “typical” Bavarian village in the 1930s. It’s idyllic portrayal of rural life in this region includes activities such as farming, carpentry, animal husbandry, etc. The Nazi state was in power at the time this film was made, and the Eagle logo is visible at the 10 minute mark on City Hall and on the door of a nearby kindergarten.
