It was probably produced in 1964 by TWA to promote foreign attendance to the fair because the closed caption and narration for this film is in French. It was narrated by Herman Boxer, and produced by Dudley Pictures Corporation in association with United World Films, Inc. Carl Dudley was an American film director and producer of short travelogues. United World Films, Inc. was the non-theatrical division of Universal Pictures.
