Title: Halloween Party 1946-1947 (:08-:16). Men in suits and some wear little orange hats. A man talks on a microphone. Some women are near the men and they start singing. Some people in costumes go round and round in a circle, outfits include: cowboys, Indians, maid, chef, saloon girl, one man has a red mask, geisha, a man looks like Groucho Marx, a man has a meatless Tuesday sign on himself, a woman has a poultryless Thursday sign on herself, a cowgirl (:17-2:09). People in costume stand in a group facing the camera. Some walk past the camera. The man in the red mask walks off. People clap for all of the costumes. The man with the meatless Tuesday sign and the woman with the poultryless Thursday sign smile close to the camera. All of the costumed people are shown up close and then in a group again. People dance, all of the people are paid in boy/girl couples. Everyone smiles. A man dressed as zoo, an older woman carries a bottle of liquor. People in costume dance and laugh (2:10-4:46). A creepy masked person waddles by. A matador costume. A man points at others in costume. A hobo costume removes his jacket. A cowboy. A leopard print jacket. More masks. People walk around, a woman holds a balloon. Women dressed as gypsies (4:47-6:28). Smiling, happy partygoers. People clap and dance. A man races over to a woman and hugs her, she laughs. People approach the camera and get close (6:29-7:38). A man dressed as a woman. Another man dressed as a woman. A man holds a rifle on another man as part of their costume. Two more men dressed in women costumes. One fans the other. A man in glasses opens a book and waves. Everyone dressed ins a man. Now the women in costume are here. A man wears a bra and waves. People dance, couples dance (7:39-9:57). Old and young couples dance and smile. Some wear hats. A man drinks from a glass and laughs. Some couples dance and have fun. Some singles dance and laugh. People parade by the camera. The men dressed as women come out and put on a dance routine, all smiles. The men line up and and they hold one another’s legs. The men dance and smiles while dressed as women. A man dressed as a woman dances with a woman (9:58-12:56). The men, dressed as women, pose in front of the camera. They smile and joke. One of the men, dressed as a woman, plays with a scarf and acts foolish all while laughing. The man removes his top. Men shake their bellies and remove clothing while clapping and laughing (12:57-14:17). A man in suit smiles. Men wear costumes like a chef and others just back in street clothes (14:18-14:44). No end credits.
