55274 1932 HOME MOVIE DANA POINT & SAN PEDRO, CALIFORNIA LOS ANGELES OLYMPICS GAMES BONUS ARMY

This silent, black & white home movie shows life in Southern California in 1932-33, when many things were happening in the region — including the Olympic Games and the Rose Parade. The film shows these events as an ordinary citizen would have experienced them, and it also includes a visit to Dana Point and San Pedro and possibly Long Beach, California to see the U.S. Navy fleet at anchor. It also includes rare footage of the so-called Bonus Army encamped in Orange County.
