A boat passes by The Île de la Cité, one of two remaining natural islands in the Seine within the city of Paris. It is the centre of Paris and the location where the medieval city was refounded. Aerial and ground shots of The Arc de Triomphe, which honors those who fought and died for France in the French Revolutionary and Napoleonic Wars, with the names of all French victories and generals inscribed on its inner and outer surfaces. The Pantheon in Paris where some famous people are buried including Voltaire, Rousseau, Victor Hugo, Émile Zola, Jean Moulin, Louis Braille, Jean Jaurès and Soufflot, its architect. The Louvre Museum. The statue of Venus de Milo. the Mona Lisa painting. A Joan of Arc statue outside of the Louvre. Stores in the shadows of the Notre Dame. Cathédrale Notre-Dame de Paris.
