This short Russian propaganda film presents the events from March 1918, with foreign troops arriving in Russia in support of the White Army against the Communist Red Army.

Narrator: In March of 1918, the first foreign troops landed from an English cruiser in Murmansk. That is how the intervention began. German occupants moved towards the Soviet Russia from the west. Ukrainian Central Rada opened the Ukrainian frontier to them. Kaiser’s troops occupied a few regions in the south and west of the Soviet Russia. (01.13) Soviet people were executed for any act of disobedience or resistance. Occupants were robbing our country dooming people for starvation. In April of 1918, Japanese ships sailed towards Vladivostok. 70,000 Japanese soldiers landed on the Russian soil ready to expand Japanese borders up to Irkutsk. (02.14) In May, Czechoslovak Corps rebelled in the Volga region. They consisted of war prisoners of imperial Russia. Commandership of these Corps acted on direct orders of Entente. (02.50) In August of 1918, English soldiers entered Baku. Expanding the intervention, troops of Entente occupied Arkhangelsk. They were preparing to attack Petrograd and Moscow. 9,000 American soldiers came to Vladivostok after Japanese.
