Shot in the late 1950s, this 16mm silent home movie shows images shot in Havana, Cuba by an American tourist. At 1:56, you’ll see a man harvesting coconuts, and at 2:16 a cock fight. Havana is seen at 2:47 including the Morro Castle and at 3:06 the harbor. At 3:57, fruit vendors are seen in downtown, and you will see parts of old Havana. At 4:57, a military parade is seen and an aircraft flies overhead while soldiers parade past. At 7:00, one of Havana’s glorious old resort hotels is seen, and at 7:45 an aquarium.
