Shot in the 1940s by a member of the Civil Air Patrol, this silent 16mm home movie shows the aftermath of an airplane accident. We’ve been unable to properly identify this aircraft, although the tail number appears to be N37790, or possibly N37780, it does not seem to match up with the airplane wreck databases. Anyone out there willing to do some research? We’d love to find out the details of this crash.
