Created by Peter Skinner of Moreland-Latchford in the late 1960s, this film gives an overview of the application and use of cosmetics. It was aimed at young women in their teens and early 20s. The film looks at a wide variety of makeup including blush, toner, eyeliner and eye shadow, lipstick, foundation, and more. The film includes an African-American subject starting at 9:49. At 11:36 she styles her hair in a way similar to that of actress Diahann Carroll in her groundbreaking TV show “Julia”. The film ends with a dance scene at 16:00 showing the attractive young women getting plenty of attention from young men.
