The film is a 1930 American pre-Code drama film directed by Harry Beaumont and written by Ralph Spence, Al Boasberg and Robert E. Hopkins. The film starred Davies, Lawrence Gray, Walter Catlett, and Ilka Chase. It was released on May 31, 1930, by Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer. MGM’s Louis B. Mayer can be seen in the film at 1:03.
